“The Sub” is a little film that packs a huge punch. All of the footage was captured on one explosive day as the Ministry of Defence base in Portsmouth played host to the testing of a newly developed submarine. Throughout the day the vessel’s creator Chris Bishop tried and tested his invention inside the military base – the result was a beguiling exhibition of what can be achieved when you combine an eye for design with the most up-to-date technology on the market. Our film was a fitting tribute to Bishop’s creation as we used to the latest equipment from the film world – drones and underwater unmanned remote vehicles – to create a film that not only works as a sales piece but also as a piece of art.
